Returns & shipping
Shipping
Orders are dispatched from our Stockholm warehouse within one business day. Standard delivery is 2–5 working days across Sweden, 3–7 working days elsewhere in the EU, and 5–10 working days to the UK. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Return window
You can return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened products are returnable only if the item is damaged or incorrect. Start a return from the returns page in your account — we'll email a pre-paid label and next steps.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, refunds go back to the original payment method within five working days. For damaged or incorrect items, we cover return shipping.
